Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 12.p.m.

General Office Policies:
- Prescription refills-Please allow 24-48 hours for refills that must be handwritten. All other refills- the pharmacy will contact us.
- Appointment cancellations-24-hour advance notice is requested.
- We file claims with most major insurance plans.
- Credit Cards Accepted: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
- Cash patients with no insurance are given a 20% discount on in-house services.
- Payment in full is expected at time of service.
- New Patients-Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time or print out the new patient forms from the website and bring them completed to your visit.
